My husband remembered Ruddy’s Roofing ads from talk radio, so he called them. It was Thursday night, late…and they responded to his call, answered live and proceeded to advise us on what to do. He asked if we were still under warranty. We were, so we didn’t need their services after all. He could have just started the job! They followed up, to make sure we were taken care of, and offered to come look at the roof and make sure the repair was on the up and up. He reassured me that everything was good, and refused to take a fee for the consultation. He asked that in lieu of that, would I donate to WC Animal Shelter, and remember him if we ever need roofing services! This company installed the roof on our house a couple years before we bought it in 2023. I just have to say this roof passed our inspection with flying colors. It’s been an incredible roof. In a world with to many unproven businesses to conduct business with, I consider myself fortunate to have found this reliable and trustworthy company to help me with my roof replacement.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind storm that came through my neighborhood a while back. i fared pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up instead. i was told the roof was ok except for the blown off shingles. he didn't have the type or color of shingles i required, but said he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic). the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does this temp patch up job on that tarpaper stuff and will repair at a later time. talk about a good judgement call. there was 3 rainy days since their visit. being that this is texas, that woulda been a losing bet on the rain. he truly wanted to protect my home until the repair could be completed. bravo ! anyhow....i got before and after photos. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the finished product. Their estimate was one of the best we could find, but hands down the main reason I chose this company is their 1st rate customer communication. We just had a water leak inside our home after the last rain storm, Frank "Ruddy" and his son both arrived to take a closer look. They informed me the roof was still in great condition and should last me another ten years (unless we get slammed by hail). The leak was actually due to several small area that only needed to be caulked, which they did and at no charge to me! Needless to say I'm blown away with the experience I had with Ruddy Roofing. They are straight up honest folks which as everyone knows, are very hard to find these days; especially in this business :) I highly recommend Ruddy and his team for all your roofing jobs.
