Call, and the owner picks up the phone. You can also fill out the form on our contact page.
We book visits Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM.
Jake goes over the whole roof, points out the hail damage, and marks a few hits in chalk.
If the roof needs work, the price is in writing, with nothing due to start.

The price turns on how big and how steep the roof is and which shingle you pick. If a storm did the damage, insurance may cover much of it, and we explain how before you file.
Whether the roof needs work and what that work costs, written down. If it needs nothing, you hear that plainly, and the visit costs you nothing.
April has brought more of Hutto's hail reports since 2000 than every other month put together.
Fall is the quiet stretch in Hutto, with hail on record in November but rarely. Look for: loose or missing ridge caps before the winter.
Hutto has had March hail too, so late winter can still bring a storm. Look for: shingles in the yard after a cold front blows through.
On May 30, 2024, a 2-inch stone fell in Hutto, the biggest on record there since 2000. Look for: granules gathering at the downspouts.
Hutto summers run long and hot on a roof, and shingles can be up to 175 degrees, no matter the color.
Hutto homeowners who call get Frank on the phone and Jake at the house, backed by one main crew since 2014.
When you phone us, the owner answers. One homeowner came to us after a large roofer in the area moved to an automated line and stopped picking up.
Frank's son Jake looks at your roof and stays with the job until it is done. He points out the hail damage and marks a few hits in chalk so you see it.
We are not storm chasers. Our main crew does the work, and its crew lead has been with us since 2014, the year Frank opened the doors.

Their company integrity and not taking shortcuts is to be commended. I can’t recommend this company enough.
Hutto sits near Cottonwood Creek in south central Williamson County, just east of Round Rock.

Hutto is named for Hutto Station, its 1876 railroad depot. The hippo comes from a 1915 legend about one that got off a circus train and stuck in Cottonwood Creek.
About 93 percent of the homes in Hutto are single-family detached houses, per the Census Bureau, so most roofs in town are shingle roofs on a house.
Only 4 percent of Hutto's 12,151 homes were built before 1990, per the Census Bureau, and the median home in town dates to 2010.

Hutto's hippo comes from a 1915 local legend. A hippopotamus got loose from a circus train at the depot and got stuck in the mud of Cottonwood Creek. The town itself is named for its railroad depot, Hutto Station, which sat on land the railroad bought from rancher James Emory Hutto in 1876.

April is the hail month in Hutto, with more reports logged since 2000 than every other month put together. May comes next. Spring is the season to watch the roof, and a look after any hail storm costs you nothing.
The median Hutto home was built in 2010, per the Census Bureau. About half of the homes in town went up in 2010 or later, and only 4 percent before 1990. A young roof still takes hail, so have Jake look it over after a storm comes through.

Most jobs are done in one day, and we need no money to start.

Have us inspect first, then file. Do not sign anything a door knocker hands you. It is a contingency agreement.

No charge to come out. If the roof is fine, that is what we tell you.

We repair shingle roofs: ridge caps, blown off shingles and hail damage.

You cannot see hail damage from the ground. We walk the roof and chalk it.

Frank answers Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM. Jake comes out to Hutto, and the look costs nothing.
